Our leather goods manufacturing facilities are fully equipped with all the necessary
machinery required in the various stages of leather goods production. We have
specialised machinery for several operations like clicking, splitting, skiving, plating,
gluing, edge colouring, buttoning, embossing and strap cutting. Our highly
skilled stitchers also use a variety of heavy duty stitching machines to bring every
seam to perfection.

While a lot of the work is mechanised, our products are essentially hand crafted with care and attention to detail. The secret to our quality lies in the experience, judgement and skill of our trained master craftsmen. Our leather goods production is supported and backed up by our own tannery, which apart from ensuring quality and timely deliveries of finished leathers, enables us to innovate and develop new types of leathers, based on market trends and customer requirements.
